Sally-Anne Bryars has handled the management and resolution of claims brought under the NHS Complaints Procedure, advised and created disclosure protocols under the Data Protection Act for a number of Trusts, provided training seminars/workshops on legal updates to a broad spectrum of NHS staff as well as developing an in-house costs department with NHSLA delegated authority to handle all aspects of settlement and recovery of costs.
Sally-Anne is an appointed panel solicitor for a prominent Lloyds Underwriters, advising on a range of issues involving employer's liability and public liability claims, including private sector employer's clinical negligence.
She joined the Clinical Negligence Team at Michelmores in May 2006, having previously specialised in defendant clinical negligence at leading London/South West NHS and Medical Defence Union (MDU) panel firms. Sally-Anne qualified in 1997.
