How can they help me?

Direct public access to StHAs is limited, because their job is one step removed from the "front line" organisations that take responsibility for the actual delivery of healthcare.  If you want to raise an issue that is directly concerned with strategic health planning in your area, then you can contact them, but they will not deal with complaints and questions about the various Trusts they oversee: such approaches should be made to the Trust in question.
